National lockdown

The Government has announced a national lockdown.

A national lockdown means that everyone in the country should stay at home and away from other people.

The Government has created a booklet, which tells you what you can and cannot do during the lockdown, to help keep you safe from Covid-19.

Covid-19 vaccination

To stop people being poorly if they catch coronavirus or Covid-19, you can have a vaccination.

The Covid-19 vaccination is an injection and you will need 2 injections of the vaccine to protect you.

The vaccine has been tested to make sure it is safe.

The Government has created a booklet, which tells you about the Covid-19 vaccine.

Covid-19 vaccination

Everyone with a learning disability can now have the Covid-19 vaccine.

You need to be on the Learning Disability Register.  This is a list your GP keeps.

If you are not on the register, ask your GP to add you.  You can also talk to someone you trust.
