Herefordshire Council is continually working to improve its Local Offer and welcome any feedback to help them achieve this.  If you'd like to share your views about the Local Offer, how it works for you or perhaps suggest additional improvements, please e-mail localoffer@herefordshire.gov.uk.

Complaints

Herefordshire Council always aim to provide the best level of service, however, if you're unhappy with anything related to the Local Offer or feel they haven't resolved an issue with you, then you have the right to complain.  To find out how you can make a complaint about different services in Herefordshire, please visit WISH's Your Voice section.

Please note: NHS England also has a useful Ask, Listen, Do Guide with top tips for families and carers of children, young people and adults with learning disabilities and / or autism, who wish to provide feedback, have a concern or complaint about education, social care or health services.
