Singing for the Brain is a fun, stimulating session for people in the early stages of dementia and their carers. Music enhances memory and recall, and can help those who have communication difficulties. This is a great session for relaxation and fun.

Singing for the Brain uses the therapeutic benefits of music to help improve wellbeing and confidence.

Takes place fortnightly on a Monday - 10.30am to 12.00pm.
